So much for the endless tax cuts business said they needed. Obviously we’re not getting our money’s worth. Meanwhile that last tax cut extension included credits for companies that invest overseas.
Middle class wages over time have not only remained stagnant,they’ve actually dropped. But the incomes of the wealthy have risen 33% since 1988. During the Bush years the economy grew at it;s most sluggish rate in recent history. The tax cuts did virtually nothing. And they still aren’t. It’s obvious the individuals and companies are taking the money and running.
